I will be riding the 70 mile route of the TOUR OF THE HAMPTONS on Sunday, September 18th, and would love to make it a group event. Since the ride is sponsored by the Massapequa Bike Club, there is NO MILAGE, LEADER, OR SWEEP CREDIT, just a fun ride through the beautiful east end of Long Island starting in Southampton. The speed will be an honest b/b+ due to the length and some hills (not one of my faster rides!). You can register for the ride on Activ.com or on the website of the Massapequa bike club. You can also register day of right at the event. The ride start is on Narrows Lane, at the Southampton High School. We will meet at the front of the parking lot by registration, where the ride begins and be ready to roll at 8:00.
