    DROPPING THE PACE to a B/B+...coming back from a cold.

    No go if it's raining!

    Get in a short run to Briermere.  This will be a paceline ride.

    Meet at The Maples for a quick spin out to Briermere Farms, where we'll have a short stop at around 16.7 miles.

    Outbound we'll take the familiar North Route.  But, the return takes us on a new south loop along Route 24 and Grumman Boulevard.

    Let's ride smart and smooth in the paceline, so no one gets dropped!    It's not always about the average speed!
