    The weather.com forcast is for 64 degrees and sunny. If that's not perfect bicycling weather, what is?

    Stony Brook, Setauket and Old Field provide the most "perfect" setting for a bicycle ride on Long Island with country roads, water views and hilly terrain.

    Hills can be a bit of a challenge, expecially this time of the year, but that's a good thing. No one will be dropped.
