    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be going to Ronkonkoma today if you care to join me. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.3 to 15.0 mph give or take depending on the wind and road conditions direction. The road speed will be between 15 and 17 mph, stopping around mile 15 for our morning coffee at the Ronkonkoma Lounge. As usual there will be a spot or two where one can stretch the legs if desired.
