I will check out the route on Tuesday to make sure it is safe, if not the ride will be canceled or moved so please check the morning of the ride; thanks. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.0 to 15.0 mph give or take depending on the wind direction and the chill in the air. The road speed will be between 15 and 17 mph, stopping around mile 17 for our morning coffee at the Ronkonkoma Lounge. As usual there will be a spot or two where one can stretch the legs if desired.
