    ***Update – 12/31/14 – 7:30AM. The 20’s with a 14 mile an hour wind is just too cold for me, the ride is CANCELED. Happy New Year, see you next year.***

    How about a ride to Ronkonkoma today? The average pace for the ride will be between 14.8 to 15.0 mph and the extra tad if the wind works in our favor. The road speed will be between 15 and 17 mph, stopping around mile 17 for our morning coffee at the Ronkonkoma Lounge. As usual there will be a spot or two where one can stretch the legs if desired.
