    Let's take a nice, easy ride from Belmont Lake State Park (make a left after the guard's booth) via the bridle trail to the Town of Babylon Docks. We'll stop at the deli for some coffee or hot cocoa. So layer up and let's have fun while burning off some of those extra calories. See you on the trails!
