    HELP A CYCLIST NAVIGATE GETTING FROM MOUNT SINAI TO THE GW BRIDGE

    My neighbor is planning a 100 mile cycle ride upstate.
    Does someone have a good route to recommend how to get safely to the GW bridge.
    He has used map my ride but I was hoping some local knowledge could better assist him
