From the texts and emails I have received I just thought I would give you a little update. As of now, and it’s only January we have ten confirmed riders that made hotel reservations. This is going to be great trip and ride. I will keep you informed on any new information I get, or can dig up. What is included in the ride registration fee you ask--------?
• The official SGC rider long-sleeve shirt
• Rider Number
• On-site tech and first aid
• SAG service during the ride
• Friday night free reception party
• Refreshments at rest stops
• Saturday lawn party and music (cash sales of food and drink)
Last but not least FUN with your FRIENDS!!!!!!!
1/18/2015 - Bit of an update. I have received information from a rider who has booked a room and relaying that information. The hotels are filling up fast with some being full as of today. Remember, there will be about 7000 riders looking for rooms. So if you might be thinking of going please don’t dilly dally; find a hotel that has cancelable reservations.

I came across the following web site recently. For those people interested in participating in the ride but couldn't find hotel accommodations, this organization matches riders with an appropriate room offered by a local host. Good to spread the word. I pasted the link below.
