    We'll head to Poquott, Old Field, West Meadow and back via Lower Sheep Pasture. Will keep the pace to @ 14.5-15, adjusting with the hills accordingly. Wait ups as needed.

    Please park by the Citibank/Bethpage Credit Union end of the lot.

    Check here by 3pm for any changes/cancellations.
