UPDATE: I added a couple extra hilly miles which will depend on the group. Pretty hilly sections just before and after the break, so be forewarned. But it's a B+ ride. There will be wait-ups to keep the group together. Expect a hilly final average around 16-17mph.

Flats to rollers to hills including Kohr Rd.... then a break at a Deli in Kings Park at mile 20 (bathroom available).
Then back to the hills and then rollers to Dix Hills.
A second stop at a McDonald's / DD available @ mile 40.
Then the Vanderbilt Hills.... with the final stretch pretty flat to ride end.
Expect about 2000ft 2500ft of climbing. A little more hilly than.... for example.... Pat B's 3-Village Ramble (long version)... or Peter V's Deli Run.
