The RIVERHEAD COUNTRY FAIR is on Sunday, October 7, 2012 ~ YOU MAY WANT TO AVOID POSTING A RIDE FROM THE PECONIC RIVER FRONT THAT DAY.
This is the fair’s 37th year, with the event taking place in the parking lot behind the stores on East Main Street, along the Peconic River Front, and they anticipate 73,000 people to attend.  Several roads will be closed in town, with people parking on side streets and as far away as the Suffolk County Center.
