    Let’s take a ride to Middle Island peddeling for an average between 13.6 13.9 mph. Around mile 13 is a stop at the deli or the bagel shop; your choice, both in the shopping. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 8:00AM if necessary.
