Details (RL read field instructions carefully):

If you are considering this ride, please watch this post. Start location and start time may change, as I refine the route. I posted this ride last year for riders who didn't get to register in time for The Bloomin Metric. This ride is the same weekend as last year, but the route will be different. There will be at least one food stop, and an additional rest stop (ideally 2 food/bathroom stops). Bring enough snacks and fluids just in case they end up a little spread out, just to be safe. The pace will likely fall into the low B range, but good weather and wind conditions will be a key factor in how fast/slow we end up (rabbits and turtles should take this into consideration). Further details will follow.

I MAY HAVE BEEN GLUTENED!!!!! SOMETIMES THE SYMPTOMS PASS QUICKLY, SOMETIMES NOT. I MAY HAVE TO SHORTEN THIS RIDE, BUT WON'T KNOW HOW I AM FEELING UNTIL I GET TO THE RIDE START. WE WILL AT LEAST GO OUT TO QUOGUE REFUGE AND BACK, OR DO MY OLD GREEN DOOR RIDE. IF SYMPTOMS PASS QUICKLY, WE WILL DO A METRIC CENTURY AS PLANNED. WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW NOW, IN CASE YOU ARE CONSIDERING DOING ANOTHER RIDE (DON'T WANT TO DISAPPOINT ANYONE, IN CASE I CAN ONLY DO THE 21 MILES). I AM FEELING BETTER NOW THAN EARLIER TODAY, BUT CAN'T BE SURE HOW THIS WILL PLAY OUT.

I don't expect to be checking back to this post for the rest of the evening, so any questions, please text me (631)375-7042.
