    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    NOTE: Early start time Ride the rolling hills to Stony Brook on a Metric Century. Good prep for long rides. Food stop at the Dish in Stony Brook with a mostly flat ride to and from the Bethpage(Powell just off Route 135(SeafordOB Exwy) to make it a metric century.
    No go in rain.
    For those who have done my Commack to Stony Brook, that portion is similar with most of the same roads.
