Winter cross training with the Long Island Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club

Hiking can be complementary to cycling as cross training, especially in the winter. Tom Farre, a member of SBRA and ADK Long Island, www.adkli.org, will discuss this local hiking club with an emphasis on the gear required for winter hiking in upstate New York.
