    Doing anything this morning? If not, let’s take a ride to Middle Island we will peddle for an average pace somewhere between 13.5 & 14.0. There will be a bagel/bathroom stop about half way. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. Please be ready to leave at the posted start time. My phone number for the ride is 631.484.3490.Check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted NO LATER than 8:00AM, if necessary.
