    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    A little later start so the temps will warm up a bit. We'll do the same ride as a few weeks ago-a roundabout way to end up at the Beach Bakery at mile 22. Some rolling hills on the way back. Pace will likely be low B- (13.1-13.4) as I'm not riding as much lately and slowing down a bit. Cell phone 516-330-1542.
