    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Come join me for a nice, low B- ride to the Bellport Docks with an average pace between 13.0 & 13.5. Deli/bathroom stop in Bellport. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. Please be ready to leave at the posted start time.

    Check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted NO LATER than 8:15 if necessary.
