    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Leave the Manorville King Kullen for an easier ride through the Manorville/Calverton area. With the potential for high heat we'll keep the pace (B+) and distance a little more reasonable with a quick stop at the mid point.

    This will be a good recovery ride for all the riders who do the Kreb Cycle Team Time Trial on Friday night.
