    Sorry to burden anyone coming from some distance east but the high temperature forecast has me moving this ride to 8AM!
    From the SE Corner of Vanderbilt Parkway and Commack Rd, behind Commack McDonalds.
    Classed as rolling but it is really rolling to hilly.
    Removing some hills,changing destination and cutting hills also from regular ride, no beach loops. Food at the DIsh
