    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Winter pace B+ 40 miles to Westhampton. Quick stop at Goldberg Bagels before the return. Let's try and roll in the Small Chainring out and work on building Cadence. Nobody Gets Dropped. It's been a Hard Winter with little outside riding. May allow for 1 or two Breakaways with Waitups.
