    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Please park in the North West edge of the parking lot.Rider meeting in the shop at 7:50. Talk about riding single file and staying out of the middle of the road. The summer season has started out here and there is plenty of traffic! 

    Sign up sheet in shop....this is an A- ride. Lisa is leading a B+ ride out of The Bellport Kreb Cycle...park in the municiple lot.

    Don't forget to check out the most protective bike helmet in the Virgina Tech Study, The Giro Aires Spehrical

    Better than anything Trek POC Kask or Specialized had in the study. Better than everything!!!!!!

    Jeremy has a ride that follows the same route till the end of Red Creek. Try that if you dare...then finish with us if you want. But the rides won't start together.
