     (Play it loud for the neighbors to enjoy!).

    So it's liftoff from Southaven Park, as we head to Wading River. The route takes us on some rolling terrain that leads us to the new Dayton Avenue outbound, and the new Weeks Avenue on the return. There will be plenty of long paceline runs, but we'll make sure that everyone stays with the group.

    We'll have a foodstop at the bagel shop in Wading River.
