    The fifth training ride for the Century!

    We'll have a shorter ride this week: we'll paceline out to Cutchogue and then head back.  We'll have the food stop, while we're out in Cutchogue.

    We'll probably have an additional short stop, besides the food stop depending on the group.

    The pace will be a solid B/ B+, going a little higher on flat runs and downwind legs.  But, nothing that will drop people from the group!

    So, come on out and ride...
