    Today is a day to explore. We are going to head out to Manorville and get on the path around  the Calverton/Grumman area and stop at the Bean & Bagel for a break before we loop around the Manorville area. This ride will not be about pace and speed but rather taking the time to slow down on the path and enjoy the scenery. Once off the path we can pick go back to our usual way of riding.
