    If it is too hot we will cut off 10 miles after the ice cream and come back along the new bike path.

    It's going to be hot today so let's get some ice cream in Mt Sinai!  

    There are no bathrooms at the start of the ride.  Hopefully there are some at McNulty's.  

    Bring plenty of water, money if you want ice cream, and a sense of humour. This ride does not have much in the way of hills, just a few gently inclines and wait ups will be provided.  We will make frequent stops for water breaks.
