    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will leave from Brookhaven Town's Lake Ronkonkoma beach and ride up to Nissequogue River State Park, the grounds of the old KP state hospital. The ride follows The river in San Remo on the way back. Bring a snack or we can stop along the way. There is a deli and 7-11 close to the park. We will keep it to a B pace. Cue sheets will be provided.
