    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Since last Sunday's ride was shortened because of the weather I am keeping the distance at 20 for this week. We'll try to up the pace a little, into the low B- range ( 13.0 - 13.5 ). Snack stop at the Beach Bakery. We can meet up with Tricia's group after the ride.
