NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Join me for this ride from Sayville to Oakdale and then back for a loop around Sayville and the surrounding area. This will be an easy C+, with a ride average between 12 - 12.4, depending on the wind, riders, etc. The exact route will be determined at the start, so there will not be a cue sheet for this ride. We will most likely stop at the Idle Hour Deli and there will be a bathroom stop during the ride (if needed).
Park on the SOUTH side of the train station.

Short but sweet at Bean & Bagel some hills slow but steady check back two hours before in case of bad weather questions call or text cell 631-484-1650 after 7am or before 7pm please if more then 7 riders show up we will split up into two groups and follow all the COVID rules listed below. Masks will be used at all stops.
Off to Smithpoint County Park and Osprey Point. Bathrooms are available at Smithpoint, Porta-Potties at Wertheim. You can bring your own food and drink, or there is a 7-11 just prior to Smithpoint. To join, contact Bill G. at 631-356-3036 with your SBRA, emergency and cell numbers, your full name and date of ride. Check the ride calendar the day of the ride for changes, which would be posted by 08:00am.

Join me for this early evening 15-20 mile ride around Ronkonkoma and the surrounding areas. The exact route will be determined at the start, so there will not be a cue sheet for this ride. There should be plenty of daylight, but it is recommended that you wear bright/reflective clothing and have working lights on your bike. Please be prompt getting to the ride start, so we may depart on time. PARK on the North side of the train station East of Main Terminal.
Newbies always welcome and well taken care of and nobody gets dropped. This will be a C pace ride, which will average 11–12 (possibly faster or slower, depending on who is on the ride). We will be observing social distancing, etc., and you must have a face-covering with you. This ride has been known to stop Ice Cream trucks.
